Relax, Visualize, Succeed!
As a hypnotherapist, I help people make changes in their lives. Whether their goal is to lose weight, stop smoking, win a race, climb a mountain, write a book, pass an exam or recover from a deep-seated fear or trauma, I have found the following exercise to be an invaluable tool to help them succeed. With just three simple steps that only take about 90 seconds, you too can change your life.
1) Close your eyes and take three slow, deep breaths.
2) Visualize yourself after you have accomplished your goal. Imagine how your life will look. Imagine the sense of accomplishment and the pride you will feel.
3) Take a slow deep breath, grasp that feeling tightly in your fist then hold the fist over your heart. Finally, open your hand and place the feeling into your heart.
Do this exercise at least three times a day and become the best YOU that you can imagine!
